This summer, I went on a diet.
I was 100 kg. I was too heavy!
At first, I ate only fruit for one week.

After one week I lost a lot of weight but I was so tired of eating only fruit!!!
Then, I ate only breakfast lunch and dinner. No snacks. Also, I did not eat anything after 6pm.
My weight dropped to 93kg. I was so happy!
Then, I went to Ireland for 12 days.

I ate french fries and hamburgers and drank beer with my friends.
When I got back to Japan, my weight had increased to 97kg. I was shocked!
I went back on the diet.
I have been on the diet since then. Now I am 95kg.
My goal is 90kg.
One interesting thing I did in Ireland was, I went to the All Ireland Hurling Final.
This is a sporting event. My county (Kilkenny) was fighting against another county (Tipperary). I went to Dublin to watch the match live.
But we lost......
