My Summer!

I went to a meditation center in Myanmar


I did a 10 day course of meditation.



Every morning they would ring this bell at 4AM. It was very loud.


Each day, I did 10 hours of meditation, untill 9PM. It was so hard.

There were so many rules.
No TV
No Music
No Reading
No Meat
No Fish
No Smoking
No Alcohol
No Speaking
No Eating after lunch

I could finish the 10 day course but I was so tired.
I think this meditation course was very good for me. My mind and body became relaxed. All of my stress went away.
