Vietnamese cooking uses fresh herbs, lots of vegetables and seafood, and less oil.

Daphne Miller found that traditional Japanese cuisine -- especially Okinawan food was superhealthy.
They also practice Hara Hachi Bu, which means "eat until you are 80 percent full.
5. Indian
The spices used in Indian cooking are very healthy.
For example, turmeric, a main ingredient in curry, may have healing properties.
Also yogurt and lentils are very healthy.
6. Italian
The Italian tradition of enjoying a leisurely meal is good for digestion.
Also Italian food uses a lot of tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, parsley, and basil.

I understand people who eat many vegitables, fruits and fish are healthier than people who eat many meats.
